We have been home now for a little over a month now. Since we have been back we have hit the ground running. Upon returning we have hosted are younger sister tiah's college graduation party, and then began planning her up coming wedding that will be on Oct 6th. In the last few weeks we have been spending a lot of time with are extended family. The Lord has opened many doors for ministry among them. It has been such a blessing to share are testimonies and Love with them...
So what dose the future look like??? Well as of this week come sunday, my family and I will be transitioning to take over a church in are region of origin in northern Indiana. We are very excited! as these past few weeks have progressed we have seen great growth among the Local college campuses, including Notre Dame, Bethel College and IUSB. Through this progression of open doors we fell that the lord has casted visions in are hearts to establish a house of prayer in this community. We also feel that vision is a convergence of a church planting movement in the midst of developing a culture of prayer, a praying church.
In the midst of what Lord is doing in are home we still have are eyes set on nations. In this next step we plan to go long term oversees. We are calling it a mid-term assignment. where we will commit to a location for 2 years at least. My sister and I are both planning to leave for the Middle east in the next 6 to 12 months. Thus we are in the current process of building long term support teams so that we can do this full time. Preach the Gospel to the unreached people groups of the earth. That the great commission would be finished in are life time. And that we would see the fulfillment of the prophetic promise given in Malachi 1:11 ( From the rising of the sun to its setting, my name shall be made great among the nations, that incense would arise from every nation...)
Amen please comment or email if would like to hear more testimonies of our last year, from both Kenya and the Middle East. or if you would like to hear more specifics about this transition and support team building season we would love to talk with you.
